The Hydraulic Breakers ZAOX serie LP are a growing range of Silent Box Type breakers available now from 102 to 263 kg, for mini excavators from 1 to 65 tons.
Powered by a hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic pulverizer crushes objects by adjusting the angle between its movable and fixed jaws. The ZAOX serie LP hydraulic breaker employs a speed-increasing valve that redirects oil from the rod cavity of the cylinder to the rodless cavity, boosting speed as the cylinder extends outward. This minimizes the time wasted on the empty stroke. While maintaining consistent cylinder thrust, the system increases the cylinder’s operating speed, thereby enhancing the hydraulic pulverizer’s overall efficiency.
