Spare Parts in China
At our factories in China, all component are available immediately. Virtually every component can be shipped by air and is cleared through customs here in the Czech Republic within 10 days from the date of order.
Technicians Support
Our technical office deals directly with the training of technicians and mechanics and offers direct support to the repairman in the event of complex problems to reduce machine downtime to a minimum.
