All our machines are manufactured in our partner factories in china. We do not purchase the machines from traders, but we deal only and directly with the factories that manufacture the machines in accord to our requests. In fact, our machines are pretty unique regarding components and setup and, even if the looking is maybe similar to other machines, they are pretty much particular to us.

After the machines arrive in the Czech Repubblic, we do several upgrades and a total testing of the machine.

At our facility in the Czech Republic, we have a very good spare parts warehouse and the more machines we sell, the more our spare parts warehouse is planned to grow. The way we deicide what spare part we keep every time available is about to avoid machine downtime. So, specially regarding cylinders, pumps and translation motors, we are doing more than well even if those spare parts are not the more common spare part necessary to repair our machines (in fact, so far, our machines are very reliable).

We are very committed to establish a huge stock of spare parts and we will be working on this on long term as even the best machines, as the number of hours increase on the hour counter, will break and need replacement parts

If you buy a machine directly from this site (therefore from our headquarters in the Czech Republic), the prices you see on the site are ex-warehouse Kraluv Dvur (Czech Republic).
However, if an equivalent machine is available in one of our depots/branch closest to you, the price is to be considered ex-warehouse to the depot/branch closest to you.

In any case, we can ship the machine (click here for shipping prices) or you can collect the machine from our headquarters.

It is understood that upon delivery of Mini Excavators, Excavators, Skid Steers and Road Rollers, either to our headquarters, or to a depot/branch, or directly to your headquarters, one of our representatives will always be present to draw up the delivery report and explain the operation of the machine.

Warranty on all machinery is 12 months, with the possibility to extend it to 24 or even 36 months (warranty extension is available for a fee and do not cover all parts of the machine).

The first year includes Spare Parts and Labor and it is intended to be carried out at the workshop of a Branch Point, Reseller or Dealer. If the warranty intervention is carried out outside the above-mentioned locations, transport (back and forward) to the location of the mechanical intervention is not included.

Warranty extension cover the most important part of the machine, such as:
- Engine
- hydraulic pumps
- Hydraulic motors
- Reducers
- Distributors and Valve (including control Joystick)
- Rotation reducers

The labor for any intervention on these parts of the excavator is included in the cost of the extended warranty.
